My Tasks 
  • Redesigned and modified MasterSource II Billing Application reports, forms, modules, macros and queries. The application has multi-selection reporting and file creation engine. It processes clients, sites, vendors, meters, GL accounts, weather, and bills data.
  • Created business processes for A/R, A/P, bank reconciliation and GL distribution files, writing checks and sending the text file to banks for payment by EDI transactions.
  • Created different invoices and GL file for each client.
  • Designed process that audits bills and prompts the inconsistent transactions and replicates client data for payment, approval and reporting purposes.
  • Created a version control module process that automatically updates front-end part of the application.
  • Created a reporting engine for flexible reporting needs for different clients.
